James Richard Closner Foundation

The community of the Rio Grande Valley is geographically and socially isolated and is in desperate need of a place in which indigent cancer patients and their families can reach out to seek financial help for traveling and lodging.

Through fundraising and private donations, the Foundation seeks to ease the financial burden on local cancer patients in the Rio Grande Valley.
